Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to expand the company's client base. The role will also involve collaboration with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and tailored solutions are provided to each customer.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Experience in the design or architecture industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities

  • Track sales reports, manage schedules, and assist in preparing impactful presentations

  • Support business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning initiatives

  • Oversee office administration, correspondence, and internal workflows

  • Handle basic accounting tasks including invoicing, budgeting, payroll, and bookkeeping

  • Maintain CRM systems and leverage business development tools for operational efficiency
