Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mohali district. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating strategies for market expansion. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing business proposals, meeting with potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, and market research in IT / Software industry
- Ability to develop business proposals and strategies for market expansion
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in AI or technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with CRM and sales management software
