Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Pune. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer queries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, assisting clients in a professional manner, and collaborating with other teams to enhance the customer experience. The role involves interacting with customers via various communication channels and thoroughly documenting interactions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on addressing client needs effectively
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving technical issues
- Analytical Skills to assess and interpret customer issues and implement solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a valuable asset
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
