Job description For Chat Support Specialist (Non-Voice, Backend)
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Shift: Night Shift (6 PM 3 AM)
Work Mode: Work From Office Only (No Cab Services)
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Job Overview:

We are hiring Chat Support Specialists with strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer chats, order-related queries, and backend operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in chat/email or e-commerce support roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via chat and email in a polite, professional manner.

Process and update order details in internal systems accurately.

Handle customer complaints and resolve order or delivery issues.

Coordinate with internal teams like logistics or vendor management.

Maintain service quality and meet defined performance metrics.

Requirements:

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Strong grammar, clarity, and typing accuracy (3035 WPM preferred).

Customer Service Orientation:

Patient, empathetic, and solution-focused.

Able to handle difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable using chat tools, email systems, and CRMs.

Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability.

Teamwork & Flexibility:

Works well in a team environment.

Education:

Any Graduate: B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, or equivalent.

Preferred Background

Freshers with good English and communication skills.

Or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in:

Chat / Email Support (Non-Voice BPO)

Order Processing / E-commerce Backend Support.
