Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site International Chat Executive role based in Pune. The International Chat Executive will oversee customer communication via chat, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer issues, ensuring satisfaction, and aligning solutions with client needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
