Job Description: Wireless Chat Specialist (International Telecom - Verizon)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Wireless Chat Specialist, supporting our international telecom client, Verizon. This is a non-voice, customer-facing role focused on providing exceptional service and support through our live chat channel.

Key Responsibilities

As a Wireless Chat Specialist, your primary duties will include:

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and fulfill requests promptly and professionally via live chat.

Product & Service Expertise: Offer accurate, detailed, and comprehensive information regarding Verizon's products, services, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Performance Focus: Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response times, chat handling efficiency, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record all customer interactions, resolutions, and relevant notes within the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for effective tracking and future reference.

Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously (dual concurrency) while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an International Chat Process is mandatory, specifically handling dual concurrency.

Education: Minimum qualification of 12th Pass.

Language: Excellent written English communication skills are essential.

Commitment: Must be an Immediate Joiner or able to join within a short notice period.

Age Limit: Maximum age of 44 years.

Relocation: Candidates must be ready to relocate to Pune if currently residing elsewhere.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Bracket: 2,00,000 to 4,50,000 LPA (Two Lakhs to Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand per Annum)

Loyalty Bonus: 20,000 (Subject to specific terms and tenure)

Incentives: Unlimited performance-based incentives.

Cab Service: Provided (Two-way transportation)

Working Days: 5 days working

Weekly Offs: 2 days Rotational Offs
