Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Pune. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing phone etiquette. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing Customer Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is desirable
