Binated is hiring for Customer Service Specialist or Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Pune

A CSR assists customers and resolves queries through email, chat, or calls. Responsibilities include ensuring prompt and effective solutions that could involve coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and completing daily tasks on time. Strong organizing skills, punctuality, and logical reasoning are essential.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong command over written and verbal English
  • Willing to work only in Night shifts
  • Should be ready to Work from Office in Pune
  • 5 days working
  • Graduate preferred
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Must have all educational and employment documents
