Position: Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Location: Aditya Birla Hospital, Memorial Hospital, Pune

Qualifications:

  • Education: Qualification in any degree
  • Experience:0-3 Years of Experience in the relevant field
  • Skills:Excellent Communication, Inter-personal Skills, Operating Computer systems, patient-centric service.
  • Reports to:OPD Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. The CSA is responsible for attending to patient enquiries/ telephone calls and all activities relating to patient registration, billing, and report delivery at the OPD reception. The CSA is also responsible for confirming the appointments for the specialists and has to ensure a smooth flow of patients.
  2. Maintaining the updated records of the OPD patients (files and in HIS).
  3. Check the day-to-day entry. Check the deposit amount remitted. Letter and eligibility to be checked for credit patient.
  4. Coordinating with various allied departments to facilitate patient treatment and investigations. Arranging necessary support staff, including ward boys or female attendants, to meet the patient's needs.
  5. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing patient needs and complaints effectively. Provide information on hospital policies and procedures.
  6. To prepare cash and credit bills.
  7. Familiarizing yourself with and remaining up-to-date with changes in our plans and tariffs.
  8. Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
  9. Maintenance of tools, equipment, and other necessities in OPD on regular basis.
  10. Working collectively with nursing staff, housekeeping staff, pharmacists.
