With an end-to-end AppSheet platform already running our core processes — from Sales and Agreements through Installation, Quality Assurance, and Handover — we are entering our next phase of growth. We're now looking for a dedicated operations and process leader who can own, refine, and continuously improve this ecosystem to help us operate smarter, faster, and more transparently.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Excellence Manager / Process Analyst with deep AppSheet expertise and a passion for continuous improvement.

This person will own R-Solar's core process workflows — ensuring they're optimized, reliable, and aligned with our evolving business needs. They will actively work within our existing AppSheet applications, identifying improvement opportunities, managing daily updates, solving user issues, and developing new features as business requirements evolve.

They will also collaborate closely with the Tech Team (Software Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, and Full Stack Developer) to ensure smooth integration of operational processes into the company's broader digital and AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement

• Take full ownership of the existing AppSheet-driven end-to-end process — covering sales, agreement, installation, QA, and handover.

• Continuously monitor and optimize workflows for speed, usability, and data accuracy.

• Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and data inconsistencies.

• Translate new business requirements into clear AppSheet updates and process enhancements.

1. AppSheet & Systems Management

• Manage and evolve the AppSheet platform: maintain database integrity, handle version control, and troubleshoot field-level issues.

• Implement new automations, validations, and logic to improve reliability and user experience.

• Ensure the platform scales effectively as R-Solar grows, while maintaining robust performance.

• Provide technical guidance and support to internal users.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with functional leaders (Sales, Operations, QA, Finance) to collect requirements, gather feedback, and validate improvements.

• Work closely with the Tech Team to align operational tools with broader software architecture, UX standards, and AI initiatives.

• Participate in roadmap discussions to prioritize process enhancements and digital features.

1. Reporting & Performance Visibility

• Build and maintain dashboards and analytics that measure process efficiency, project progress, and KPI achievement.

• Track tool adoption, identify training gaps, and ensure users are following standardized workflows.

• Lead monthly leadership meetings, presenting process performance insights and recommending improvements.

1. Change Management & Training

• Act as the internal champion for process excellence, driving adoption and continuous learning.

• Develop training content and run workshops for field and office teams on new tools or process changes.

• Foster a culture of operational discipline and data accuracy across the company.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AppSheet, developing, maintaining, and optimizing live operational systems.

• Proven track record in business process analysis and improvement, ideally within fast-moving or field operations contexts.

• Strong understanding of workflow logic, data modeling, and integration within AppSheet.

• Familiarity with Zoho or similar platforms (Airtable, Power Apps, Smartsheet, etc.) preferred.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working across business and technical functions — translating operational requirements into system specifications.

• Clear communicator and collaborator, able to work with developers, managers, and field users alike.

• Passion for renewable energy and enthusiasm for learning AI-driven process optimization tools.

Success in 6–12 Months

• Fully own and stabilize R-Solar's AppSheet-based operational system.

• Deliver measurable improvements in process efficiency, tool usability, and KPI visibility.

• Establish a feedback-driven improvement cycle with business leads and tech partners.

• Act as R-Solar's go-to expert for all things related to AppSheet, workflows, and operational data.
