Role Overview

The Project Manager – Loyalty SaaS / Programs will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of loyalty and SaaS-based projects. This role demands strong program management skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable deliverables while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for loyalty programs and SaaS solutions.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, charters, and trackers.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
  • Conduct regular client update calls and review meetings.
  • Manage escalations proactively with ownership and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Rewards, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth delivery.

Team Leadership

  • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, rewards, and client service managers.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in project execution.

Program Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs such as program adoption, user engagement, and ROI.
  • Create performance dashboards and reports for clients and management.
  • Suggest process improvements and innovative ideas for program success.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT / Management. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 4–8 years of experience in Project / Program Management, preferably in IT Solutions / SaaS / Loyalty Programs.

  • Skills:

  • Strong project planning, execution, and monitoring abilities.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Project, Trello, or other project management systems.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
