We are seeking a skilled and results-driven
Project Manager
to lead and coordinate technology projects across various domains. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and budget constraints
  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, consistent project updates to leadership and clients
  • Ensure effective documentation, change management, and compliance with project governance
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure continuous improvement of project management processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience managing IT projects, including web, software, or infrastructure development
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or Trello)
  • Ability to manage client expectations and handle escalations professionally
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
