Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of

    projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project execution plan to track the progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and

    costs
  • Measure project and team performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed, and work in tandem with the team leads for

    efficient resource allocation and assignment.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders as required.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Should be able to work on multiple priorities items in parallel.

Prior Experience for Job Role should include-

  • SDLC and Agile methodologies of software development.
  • 2-8 years experience in managing software development projects.
  • Must have knowledge of Mobile and Web application development processes.
  • Domain knowledge and experience with enterprise software development and delivery.
  • PM tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic

    environment.
  • Experience in successfully engaging senior management and groups of stakeholders.
  • Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when

    to escalate Issues.
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities and changing demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex

    technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
  • Should have expertise in client coordination and Project supervision.
