Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – IT to join our technology team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities along with hands-on expertise in , PHP Laravel, and MongoDB.

This person will lead a team of developers, coordinate tasks, manage project timelines, ensure delivery quality, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of developers (Backend, Frontend, QA).
  • Plan, assign, and review daily technical tasks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, QA, and design teams for smooth execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Review code quality and maintain coding standards.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, database design, and API development.
  • Manage sprint planning and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and suggest optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate with management for project status and reporting.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong experience with (Express / NestJS preferred).
  • Proficiency in PHP and Laravel Framework.
  • Good knowledge of MongoDB and database design concepts.
  • Familiar with RESTful APIs, Git, and deployment processes.
  • Exposure to AWS / cloud deployment (optional but preferred).
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring an IT team (minimum 3–5 members).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making attitude.
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience

  • B.Tech / B.E. / MCA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of total experience, including 3+ years in a team lead role.
