Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads for Cost It Right.
  • Research and identify potential clients in the automotive, OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain a prospect database using CRM tools.
  • Network with industry professionals by attending trade shows, automotive events, and exhibitions across different cities.
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Track and report lead generation activities, conversion ratios, and pipeline progress.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

Technical Qualification and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn networking (B2B preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
  • Ability to research industries, companies, and decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel to participate in industry events and for client meetings.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: Background/knowledge in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
