We're Hiring – International Lead Generation Specialist + Cold Calling Expert

Location: Indore (Work From Office)

Experience: 2–5 Years

IBR Infotech is looking for passionate and result-driven Lead Generation & Cold Calling Experts who can take our IT services to global markets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in Lead Generation & IT Sales for the international market.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, Bark, Apollo, and Email Campaigns.
  • Proven skills in Cold Calling, Prospecting, and Client Communication.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
  • Basic understanding of IT services & technologies.
  • Ability to work in flexible hours to cater to global clients.
  • A proactive attitude to convert leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify & nurture leads through multiple platforms.
  • Conduct cold calls & follow-ups to generate business opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships across international markets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
