About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Lead Generation Specialist / BDE
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of sales processes, and the ability to connect with potential clients. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the company's business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and online platforms.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to create new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain and update client/lead databases regularly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Internship/experience in
Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
is a plus. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
