PPC & Lead Generation Executive
to strengthen our demand generation efforts and support business growth.

Role Overview

As a
PPC & Lead Generation Executive
, you will be responsible for
planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
to generate high-quality leads for our IT services. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure demand generation aligns with business objectives and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    lead generation strategies
    across:
  • Email Marketing
  • SEO & Organic Outreach
  • Paid Ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)
  • Cold Calling & Outbound Communication
  • Create, manage, and monitor campaigns to drive
    qualified and consistent leads
    .
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with target audience needs.
  • Track and analyze
    lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion funnel (MQL to SQL)
    .
  • Utilize analytics and CRM tools to maximize
    ROI and effectiveness
    of campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of proven experience in
    lead generation or performance marketing
    (preferably in IT services).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid campaigns
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    SEO, landing page optimization, and lead funnels
    .
  • Experience with
    email marketing tools and outreach strategies
    .
  • Excellent communication skills for outreach and coordination with sales teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with
    CRM tools
    (HubSpot, Zoho , or similar).
  • Understanding of
    MQL/SQL frameworks and lead nurturing workflows
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    marketing automation tools
    .
