PPC & Lead Generation Executive
to strengthen our demand generation efforts and support business growth.
Role Overview
As a
PPC & Lead Generation Executive
, you will be responsible for
planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
to generate high-quality leads for our IT services. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure demand generation aligns with business objectives and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
lead generation strategies
across: - Email Marketing
- SEO & Organic Outreach
- Paid Ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Cold Calling & Outbound Communication
- Create, manage, and monitor campaigns to drive
qualified and consistent leads
. - Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with target audience needs.
- Track and analyze
lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion funnel (MQL to SQL)
. - Utilize analytics and CRM tools to maximize
ROI and effectiveness
of campaigns.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of proven experience in
lead generation or performance marketing
(preferably in IT services). - Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid campaigns
. - Strong knowledge of
SEO, landing page optimization, and lead funnels
. - Experience with
email marketing tools and outreach strategies
. - Excellent communication skills for outreach and coordination with sales teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Zoho , or similar). - Understanding of
MQL/SQL frameworks and lead nurturing workflows
. - Basic knowledge of
marketing automation tools
.
