Job Overview:- Were looking for a data-driven PPC Expert who can manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for ROI optimization, a solid grasp of CRO principles, and the ability to integrate AI-powered tools for better targeting, automation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Perform A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword research to continuously improve performance.
  • Implement conversion tracking, retargeting, and funnel optimization strategies.
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance targeting, ad copy generation, bidding, and reporting efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct regular CRO experiments to boost lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, Google algorithm changes, and platform updates.

Minimum Requirements:-

  • 13 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Deep understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, and conversion tracking.
  • Proven track record in ROI-driven performance marketing.
  • Expertise in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and landing page performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and AI-driven PPC automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Optmyzr, Adzooma, or similar).
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skill set.
