**Job Title: Jr. Associate Executive**

**About the Role**:We are seeking a **Jr. Associate Manager** who can take ownership of a wide range of operational, business, and product-related responsibilities. This role requires a **smart, dynamic, and versatile individual** who can efficiently coordinate between **HR, Tech, Business, Product, and Marketing teams**, while also managing external operations and ensuring smooth execution across functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and coordinate day-to-day operations across HR, Tech, Product, Business, and Marketing departments.
- Assist management in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with **Business and Product teams** to track progress, collect insights, and streamline processes.
- Handle **outside operational activities** related to product or business requirements (vendors, partners, clients, etc.).
- Support **marketing operations** such as campaign coordination, content approvals, and performance tracking.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure timely task execution across departments.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of **business operations, HR processes, marketing activities, and product workflows**.
- Highly organized with a focus on efficiency and execution.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using business and collaboration tools.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to dynamic environments.

**Education**:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Business Administration, Management, or related field**.
