**Must-Have Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Marketing (SMM)**:
Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

Create engaging content tailored to each platform and audience.Manage and grow the company's social media channels, engage with followers, and build a vibrant community.

Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to boost engagement.

Innovate and propose fresh content ideas for social media, including posts, reels, photo clicks, and videos.

Coordinate with the team for creative input and execution on content generation.

**Employer Branding**:
Develop and execute innovative employer branding strategies to showcase company culture and attract top talent.

Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Create and distribute content that highlights employee stories, achievements, and company culture.

Manage day to day posts, including video posts like employee testimonials, office culture videos etc.

**Good-to-Have Responsibilities**:
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:
Perform keyword research, content optimization, and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.

Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.Implement technical SEO recommendations to enhance visibility and user experience.

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.

**PPC (Pay-Per-Click)**:
Assist in running and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms.

**Cold Outreach & Networking**:
Reach out to potential partners and associations to expand the brands network.

Utilize platforms like LinkedIn for research to build professional connections.

**Event Activities**:
Participate in planning and promoting digital marketing activities around events, ensuring engagement with target audiences.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee work anniversary milestone events for team members, ensuring meaningful recognition and engagement.

Assist in the execution of these events, managing logistics, communication, and ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.

If required, extend planning efforts to birthday celebrations, ensuring inclusivity and thoughtful execution.

Actively contribute as a core member of the event committee, working closely with the HR team to conceptualize, plan, and execute company-wide events effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams to bring creative ideas for event themes, formats, and engagement activities.Ensure timely communication and promotion of events through internal channels to maximize participation and enthusiasm.

**Collaboration & Team Engagement**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, content, design) to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Contribute new ideas for campaigns and strategies, and engage actively in team discussions.

Ensure clear communication within the team for seamless project execution.

**Must-Have Skills**:
**Experience**: 2-4 years of proven experience in SMM.

**Technical Skills**: Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of social media management platforms and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

**Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, engaging, and dynamic personality.

**Creativity**: Ability to think outside the box and create unique content ideas for social media engagement and campaigns.

**Team Player**: Comfortable collaborating with team members, especially in employer branding efforts.**Initiative**: Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them forward, particularly in cold outreach and networking.

**Adaptability**: Ability to quickly learn and adjust strategies based on performance analytics.

**Good-to-Have Skills**:
**SEO**: Intermediate knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

**Design Tools**: Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva.

**LinkedIn Research**: Ability to effectively research and network using LinkedIn.

**PPC**: Understanding of PPC strategies and campaign management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
