
Business Development- IT Lead Generation Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads via cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their IT needs and mapping them to our service offerings.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Set up meetings/demos for senior sales personnel with qualified leads.
- Maintain a clean and updated CRM with lead interactions and status.
- Follow up on leads regularly to ensure continuous engagement.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in IT lead generation sales.
- Strong knowledge of IT services, software development, SaaS is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹48,000.00 per month
