Position Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales of IMAST's SaaS-based solutions, and building strong client relationships. This role demands strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across internal departments to ensure client success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients across industries for SaaS and loyalty program solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution pitches to CXOs, senior decision-makers, and procurement teams.
- Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation, proposal creation, and campaign support.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and client presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Tech, and Support) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Represent IMAST at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or pursuing MBA / B.Tech / BBA.
- Experience: 1 to 5+ years in Business Development, preferably in IT / SaaS / CRM / Loyalty domain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Prior experience with B2B solution sales will be an advantage.

Compensation
2,00,000 – 4,00,000 per annum (based on experience and skill set).
Note: This position has no revenue target; focus is on relationship building, business prospecting, and strategic lead closure.
