dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager
to lead and drive our growth initiatives If you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, partnerships, and E-commerce business development, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities
:

  • Identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored digital and e-commerce solutions.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
  • Managing end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, proposal creation, negotiations, to deal closure.
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, operations, and design to deliver value to clients.
  • Tracking key market trends and competitors to identify and tap into new opportunities.
  • Preparing regular reports and presentations on business development performance.
  • Attending industry events, networking, and expanding company visibility.


Qualifications & Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2.5 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in E-commerce or Digital Services).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and the E-commerce Ecosystem.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a growth mindset.
