Job Title: Business Development Manager – Infrastructure Projects & Tenders

Location: Indore MP

Salary : 35k-40k

Experience : min 3 to 5 yrs

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & pursue business opportunities in government and private infrastructure projects
  • Manage tender process: tracking, documentation, proposal submission & presentations
  • Build & maintain relationships with govt. bodies, contractors, consultants & stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive bids
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations & competitor activities
  • Drive revenue growth through successful project acquisitions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering/Business Administration or related field
  • 5–8 years' experience in business development & tendering (infrastructure sector)
  • Proven track record in handling govt. & corporate tenders
  • Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Skills

  • Expertise in tender portals, bidding & contract management
  • Strong networking & relationship management
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, deadline-driven
  • Proficiency in MS Office & tender management tools
