Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Business Development Manager to lead our e-commerce growth and handle international export-import operations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing online marketplaces, developing overseas clients, and driving brand growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG and organic product markets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.(who can genrate leads from online platform.)
- Develop and implement sales and business strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer preferences
- Negotiate business deals, pricing, and partnerships aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams for smooth execution of operations
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance and market reports
- Represent Havintha at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
- 3-7 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of trade marketing, distribution channels, and retail networks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop effective business strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

- Experience working with organic, herbal, or natural product lines
- Strong business network in FMCG distribution and modern trade
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving and leadership abilities
