Overview The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and clients, and contributing to the long-term growth and success of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, sales initiatives, and collaboration with internal teams to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Lead the negotiation of contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and drive growth
  • Forecast sales targets and develop innovative approaches to meet and exceed them
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or relevant field
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis
  • Proven track record of driving sales initiatives and expanding market presence
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
