Business Developement Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Lead the negotiation of contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and drive growth
- Forecast sales targets and develop innovative approaches to meet and exceed them
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or relevant field
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis
- Proven track record of driving sales initiatives and expanding market presence
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
