Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Business Development Professional to drive growth across both Codezilla (IT services) and Sensiwise (IoT/product) verticals.

This is not a typical sales role were looking for someone who can think strategically, build go-to-market plans, develop new markets, nurture CXO-level relationships, and contribute to long-term revenue growth.

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international and domestic markets for IT services and IoT solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic market entry and expansion plans across target geographies and sectors.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through multi-channel lead generation (LinkedIn, bidding portals, partnerships, events, direct outreach).
  • Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and strategic partners, positioning our offerings effectively.
  • Lead and manage the RFP/EOI and proposal process, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between business opportunities and execution capabilities.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell strategies, expanding key accounts strategically.
  • Contribute to quarterly growth planning, forecasting, and reporting of business performance.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or technology domains.
  • Proven experience in international markets (e.g., US, Europe, UK, APAC) is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and GTM planning skills.
  • Experience with bidding portals, lead generation tools, CRM platforms, and RFP management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and CXO-level engagement abilities.
  • Strong understanding of IT service sales; exposure to IoT / product positioning is a plus.
  • Based in Indore or open to relocating.
