Strategic Responsibilities

  • Strategies and drive GTM for general trade PAN India
  • P&L responsibility of the channel
  • Drive Sales and distribution with strong BTL execution.
  • Drive operational excellence in

General trade sales.

  • Increase the coverage as per GTM strategy by brand.
  • Distributor management: Responsible for distribution in targeted outlets/ ROI/AR etc., driving distributors as per contract.
  • Develop team of RSMs, BDMs, BDE and SOs
  • Develop BA network for the region with allocated manpower.
  • Review and planning by market and by channel to grow business.

Financial Responsibility

  • Market recovery and DB recovery.
  • Cost to sales control for manpower on ground
  • Cost to sales responsibility for BTL
  • Channel partner business & Financial hygiene
  • Experience with similar role or at regional role.
  • Goal oriented with ability to set clear priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Go getter and self-driven attitude.
  • Prior experience of working for FMCG brand is a must.
  • Strong analytical ability to read and act upon data for decision making.
  • People management, excellent negotiation skills, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
