Strategic Responsibilities
- Strategies and drive GTM for general trade PAN India
- P&L responsibility of the channel
- Drive Sales and distribution with strong BTL execution.
- Drive operational excellence in
General trade sales.
- Increase the coverage as per GTM strategy by brand.
- Distributor management: Responsible for distribution in targeted outlets/ ROI/AR etc., driving distributors as per contract.
- Develop team of RSMs, BDMs, BDE and SOs
- Develop BA network for the region with allocated manpower.
- Review and planning by market and by channel to grow business.
Financial Responsibility
- Market recovery and DB recovery.
- Cost to sales control for manpower on ground
- Cost to sales responsibility for BTL
- Channel partner business & Financial hygiene
- Experience with similar role or at regional role.
- Goal oriented with ability to set clear priorities and meet deadlines.
- Go getter and self-driven attitude.
- Prior experience of working for FMCG brand is a must.
- Strong analytical ability to read and act upon data for decision making.
- People management, excellent negotiation skills, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
