Role Objectives

  • Cultivate strong lead generation efforts and maintain lasting client relationships to support sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the customer base and support the company's global growth ambitions.
  • Engage directly with prospective clients, building long-term relationships grounded in trust and tailored solutions.
  • Oversee end-of-month and end-of-year sales close processes to ensure accurate reporting and performance alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle—from strategy and prospecting to closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with a talent for inspiring, motivating, and developing others.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time for client and team engagements.
