About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in individual lead generation and full-cycle sales. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and skilled at identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Engage with potential clients to present products/services effectively and convert leads into customers.
  • Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing—with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation and sales roles.
  • Proven ability to source, qualify, and convert leads independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work onsite with a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
