**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the architectural construction sector.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, including property developers, architects, contractors, and real estate firms.
- Understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and emerging trends in the construction industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage client inquiries, provide accurate product/service information, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of the architectural construction market in Kerala
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in construction.
