Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close Solar EPC projects ( Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Institutional).
- Build and manage relationships with corporates, industries, builders, institutions, and large EPC partners.
- Conduct detailed client presentations, technical discussions, and financial feasibility analysis.
- Coordinate with in-house design & execution teams to prepare proposals, system designs, and techno-commercial offers.
- Lead negotiations on project pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Represent the company in industry meetings, expos, and government interactions.
- Ensure end-to-end sales cycle ownership: lead generation → client meetings → proposal → negotiation → closure → payment collection.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in solar EPC sales preferred
Strong knowledge of solar technology, net metering, subsidy policies, and financial models
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong network among EPCs, corporates, and industrial clients in Kerala (preferred).
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independently handling large accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
