Your Mission: The Core Impact
This isn't about paperwork; it's about performance and power. You will:

* Hunt & Secure the High-Value Deals: Actively prospect and land corporate, social, and third-party events that align with our brand and maximize revenue per square foot.

* Be the Client Whisperer: Translate a client's vague vision into a meticulously detailed, profitable, and flawless reality. Your proposals won't be quotes; they'll be compelling narratives.

* Run the Full Sales Lifecycle: From discovery calls and dynamic site tours to aggressive negotiation and contract finalization, you own the win.

* Generate Intelligence: Maintain a living pipeline in CRM, and provide strategic forecasts that influence executive decisions and future business development.

* Be the Bridge: Be the critical link between Sales and Operations. You don't just sell the event; you hand off a clear, comprehensive blueprint (BEO) that guarantees operational excellence.
