Sales & Marketing Executive

- Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand engagement, managing marketing campaigns and events, supporting sales initiatives, and conducting market and customer research to enhance our marketing strategy. This role requires excellent client interaction skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of multi-platform marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide effective marketing solutions.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
- Customer Support: Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Brand Strategy Development: Assist in designing and executing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
- Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and understand customer needs.
- Reporting and analysis: Track and analyse sales data, monitor campaign performance, and prepare reports on results and forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in client servicing and event management.
- Good understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, email, web, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and customer insights.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
