Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, and strategic sales and marketing to lead our domestic business development efforts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales in the electrical, electronics, or automotive sector and be ready to take on challenges in scaling our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new B2B opportunities in domestic and international markets and expand customer base.
  • Drive OEM business growth across sectors such as LED, solar, EV, telecom, and industrial enclosures.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a sales and marketing team to deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to devise effective strategies.
  • Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Regularly report sales performance metrics to management.
  • Coordinate with the R&D and production teams for custom client requirements and technical solutions.

Candidate Profile:

  • B.Tech / Diploma (Engineering) or Graduation with specialization in Marketing/Sales.
  • Minimum 3
    years
    of progressive experience in
    B2B sales
    in
    Electrical, Electronics, or Automotive industries
    .
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and handle high-value corporate clients.
  • Exposure to
    international markets
    or exports is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be result-oriented, adaptable, and open to taking on challenges.
