Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Intern to assist our IT Sales team in lead generation and digital outreach activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and CRM tools, and a strong desire to learn about sales and marketing in the IT industry.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, client communication, and sales coordination in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales and marketing teams in lead generation and prospect outreach.
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns — drafting, scheduling, and tracking responses.
  • Conduct LinkedIn marketing and outreach to connect with potential clients and promote company services.
  • Manage and update CRM databases with accurate client and lead information.
  • Help in WhatsApp marketing campaigns and client communication follow-ups.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for daily marketing activities and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and lead status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and LinkedIn outreach tools is a plus.
  • Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn new technologies and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to multitask, and stay organized.
