Job Description- Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales of Dharakshas premium sustainable packaging solutions to high-value clients across artifacts, mirrors, marble, furniture, gifting, and lifestyle brands.
  2. Establish and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium dcor clients.
  3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  4. Actively contribute to business development for the luxury dcor vertical (Ekrish), driving collaborations and partnerships.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to inform sales strategies.
  6. Represent Dharaksha at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.

Requirements:

  1. 2-4 years of experience in sales/business development within the dcor, interior, luxury materials, or premium packaging industries.
  2. Proven track record of driving high-value sales and achieving revenue targets.
  3. Strong sales and business development acumen, with a strategic mindset.
  4. Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships with premium brands.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort in engaging CXOs, architects, and designers.
  6. High comfort in consultative selling and positioning innovative, sustainable materials as luxury alternatives.
  7. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a scaling, fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
