Jobs and Responsibilities of Sales Executive

  • Follow up with customers for RFQ(Request for Quotation), Purchase orders, and clear doubts of drawing if any.
  • Coordination with the costing Engineer, Production and Design team till dispatch the order.
  • Follow up with customers to arrange meetings and visit if required.
  • Prepare a record of the order process and update the same to the customer and reporting Head.
  • Customer complaints are resolved on an immediate basis and reported to the Reporting Head.
  • Follow up for the payment with customers.
  • Track ongoing orders & update status to HOD & Customer if needed.
  • Assist in scheduling VC/meetings with customers
  • Coordinate with shipment/dispatch team.

Who can FIT in to this role:

  • Female candidate having 2-3 years experience in Sales & Marketing as a Sales coordinator Candidate should reside within 15 Kms of Raga Engineers with self conveyance, GPS location:
  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Good experience in email drafting.
  • Good communication skills.
