Job Description
We are seeking a
dynamic and motivated Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
lead generation, client communication, and supporting sales activities
to drive business growth. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn, confident in communication, and looking to build a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients through social media, email campaigns, calling, and networking activities. - Customer Engagement:
Contact prospective clients to introduce Bidz365's products and services and understand their business requirements. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Sales Support:
Assist senior sales team members in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and documentation. - CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system. - Sales Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
Bachelor's degree (Regular) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Sales Mindset:
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a sales role. - Team Player:
Ability to work effectively with team members and across departments. - Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
