Job Description:
A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. They play a key role in promoting products or services, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. We are looking for dynamic and young sales executives and sales leads who will play a crucial role building relations and educating parents about the emotional value of our product, and help in driving sale.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the store sales ensuring optimal functioning and visual appeal.
  • Generate sales for the company as per the assigned targets by converting the walk-in customers by explaining them the concept and sales pitch.
  • Post making the sale, coordinate with the customer and hospital for billing and recording of the baby's heartbeat with hospital staff.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to pitch to the customer about the product and the concept and convert them for
  • sales.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
