Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation & PPC Specialist with a proven background in real estate campaigns, especially commercial,residential and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage high-performing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
- Focus primarily on commercial real estate campaigns (office spaces, SCOs, retail, and industrial projects) residential projects as well.
- Develop ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting strategies aligned with campaign goals.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to improve ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality lead flow.
- Create performance reports with actionable insights for management and sales teams.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to align ad messaging and landing pages.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and PPC trends in the real estate sector.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven experience in lead generation via PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Must have hands-on experience in commercial as well as residential real estate campaigns (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of CPL optimization, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in landing page optimization and CRM lead integration.
- Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, or similar).
- Creative approach to ad copy and visual communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹39, ₹49,509.08 per month
