He is an entrepreneur at heart and jumped into his first venture selling Cushion Covers on ebay while studying in Macquarie in 2008. He is very passionate about taking on new challenges & expanding globally. He manages overall resources and operations, in consultation with the management team & departmental heads. About the Role Lead Generation Specialist - Individual Contributor Location: Faridabad (Next to NHPC Metro Station) We are a team that operates on the simple principles of mutual accountability, reliability, and dependability. In order to be part of the team, we must be able to rely on you and that starts with being at work on time, consistently doing your best, and taking pride in the work you perform. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new B2B & B2C prospects, qualifying opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities:: Generate and classify new qualified leads utilizing phone Will be responsible for generating databases with mapped contact details leading to sales Develops new business and client generation through cold calls Lead and Revenue Generation 1 Nurture qualified leads in accordance with prospects stated timelines Meeting and exceeding defined goals by management High-level attributes of a Successful Candidate:: High energy, self-starter who thrives with the challenge to get to yes Previous B2B or B2C sales experience, passionate about sales, with 3+ years of progressive experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner Must be able to build rapport with potential prospects Adept at prospecting and understanding of the consumer sales cycle (i.e. prospecting, overcoming objections and setting appointments) A positive approach to objection handling is essential Be able to handle rejection Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Confident in ability to source and qualify opportunities Ability to work independently and under pressure Good organizational skills and attention to detail You must be financially motivated, energetic and reliable with a hunger to succeed. Ability to connect and build relationships across various levels within an organization A lifelong learner who seeks opportunities for personal and career development through reading, webinars, curriculum, networking, podcasts, etc. Tenacity for high standard of guest service wanting to meet and serve guests a complete understanding of guests needs in line with the brand offering.
