Role Description
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive/Manager
to drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and expand our digital marketing & IT service portfolio across international markets including the
USA, Europe, Australia, and UAE
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
· Identify and generate fresh leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, Upwork, freelancing platforms, and digital channels.
· Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients for SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Design, and Web Development services.
· Research companies across global markets and target decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Marketing Heads).
Client Acquisition & Sales
· Conduct discovery calls, requirement discussions, and present service proposals to clients.
· Convert inbound & outbound leads into paying customers.
· Prepare customized quotations, proposals, and presentations based on project needs.
Relationship Management
· Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
· Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the delivery team.
· Ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Strategy & Market Expansion
· Identify new business opportunities in foreign markets (USA, UK, Europe, Australia, UAE).
· Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to refine BD strategy.
· Collaborate with marketing team to generate demand and improve brand visibility.
Key Skills Required
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Experience in selling
SEO, PPC, SMM, and web development
services.
· Understanding of digital marketing terminologies & project lifecycles.
· Ability to work on CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Apollo, or other lead-gen tools.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Qulifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
· 1–5+ years of BD or Sales experience in a
digital marketing or IT agency
(preferred).
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
