Role & responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities within international markets.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for biodegradable and compostable granules.
  • Manage complete B2B sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales coordination.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across packaging, FMCG, retail, and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate deals, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, potential industries, and pricing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and production teams to align customer needs with product delivery.

Operations & Coordination

  • Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and CRM updates.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, sustainability events, and industry meets to enhance brand visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 3+ years in international sales business development, or industrial sales.
  • Industry Preference: Bioplastics, masterbatches, packaging materials, polymers, FMCG, or related sectors.
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Market awareness and good analytical abilities
  • Self-motivated with a growth and problem-solving mindset

  • Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings across India when required.
