Job Summary:

 We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketer to drive our digital marketing efforts, focusing primarily on Amazon, Flipkart, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing paid advertising strategies and maximizing ROI through data-driven decision-making. In addition, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence to support brand growth

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing (Primary Focus):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage PPC and paid social media advertising with a focus on driving conversions and increasing ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting to maximize performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage budgets across various platforms, ensuring efficient ad spend and allocation.
  • Continuously experiment with A/B testing (creatives, landing pages, audience segmentation) to improve conversion rates.

Social Media Management (Secondary Focus):

  • Assist in executing social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging and relevant content.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
  • Grow Greensoul's social media following and engagement by delivering high-quality, engaging content.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) for all campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Use Platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Advertising tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
