Role Overview

As a Performance Marketer, you'll manage and optimize our digital ad campaigns, drive leads through CRM-integrated funnels, and collaborate with our creative & offline teams to ensure consistent growth across Meta, Google, and WhatsApp marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube
  • Integrate campaigns with Odoo CRM, Gallabox (WhatsApp), and the BotFit website for lead tracking
  • Set up and monitor Meta Pixel & Event Manager for accurate conversion tracking
  • Collaborate with design & content teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare weekly reports, and suggest actionable insights
  • Manage remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation
  • Coordinate with offline marketing teams for event-based campaigns and local promotions

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (agency or brand-side)
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and CRM systems (preferably Odoo)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Sheets / Excel proficiency)
  • Basic understanding of WhatsApp API & automation tools (Gallabox or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization, UTM tracking, and lead funnels
  • Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content

Good to Have

  • Experience in event marketing or family entertainment / kids' brands
  • Familiarity with offline-to-online (O2O) marketing integration
  • Awareness of local Gurugram market trends

Salary: Competitive + Incentives based on performance
