Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Experience in retargeting marketing including WhatsApp marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network, etc.).
  • Develop audience targeting strategies including custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences.
  • Manage campaign budgets, track KPIs, and maximize ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and formats to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for compelling ad assets.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with Metas latest tools, ad policies, and algorithm changes.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

    Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
  • Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, designers, and printers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Meta Ads Specialist / Paid Media Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and related tools.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign setup, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
  • Ability to interpret data and provide performance-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certification in Meta Blueprint is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pet service industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
