Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Gurugram. The Marketing Manager will oversee and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing campaigns, developing content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role requires leadership in both digital and traditional marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Performance Metrics
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Project Management skills
  • Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing and fraud prevention is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and adapt to dynamic business needs
