Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a digital sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  2. Work on SEM campaigns to maximise the ROI.
  3. Responsible for marketing calendar for digital sales.
  4. Maximising the performance of campaigns.
  5. Benchmark with competition on Performance marketing.
  6. Work on Retention model to get back lapsers & increase repeat.
  7. Optimize online sales funnels to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  8. New users addition for Website & App.
  9. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital sales professionals to achieve targets.
  10. Set performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.
  11. Foster a data-driven and results-oriented sales culture.
  12. Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain online customers.
  13. Work closely with the marketing team to align digital sales campaigns with brand messaging and customer outreach efforts.
  14. Utilize data analytics and CRM tools to understand customer behaviour and optimize sales strategies.
  15. Partnerships to expand market reach.
  16. Monitor and analyse sales performance, digital KPIs, and ROI on digital campaigns.
  17. Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership to guide decision-making.

Measurable Deliverables:

  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing digital sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with CRM, analytics tools, and e-commerce solutions (Salesforce, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, result driven environment
